Blueprint NC — Midterm Convergence
Reusable event infrastructure for a statewide convening that prepared 90 democracy organizations for the midterms.
Blueprint NC · 2025–present
Designed the infrastructure behind Blueprint NC's Midterm Convergence — a statewide convening that brought together nearly 180 participants representing 90 democracy organizations from across North Carolina to prepare for the election and coordinate poll presence.
The Idea
Reusable infrastructure — built once, meant to outlast this single convening — rather than a one-off event build.
The Problem
A convening at this scale needed registration, data, payments, communications, and on-site coordination to work as one system, not eight separate tools bolted together.
What I Built
Reusable infrastructure across registration, CRM/data, payments, communications, event technology, participant experience, and internal coordination.
How I Built It
Built and maintained a live internal tracking system (registration dashboard, region/role/travel data cross-checked against the working spreadsheets) so the team could coordinate in real time rather than reconcile after the fact.
The Impact
180
participants at one statewide convening
90
democracy organizations represented
130+
formal partners across Blueprint NC's overall network
